Learning Journey works with private and public sector organizations helping them to increase productivity and improve their bottom line through delivering high-quality training programs. For the past 3 years Skystorm has partnered with Learning Journey on producing engaging training videos for the Osceola Chamber of Commerce and Convention & Visitors Bureau.
The goal was to train service employees on how to handle customer service issues and improve their front desk and phone skills. The scripts were written to be entertaining and hold the employees attention during training sessions while consistent with client and industry requirements. The training videos were produced in Spanish as well and delivered on DVD.
