The Barnett Group is a real estate company with a unique business model that allows its realtors to keep 100% of the commissions they earn. Despite their superior business model and significant advantages for the realtor they were having a difficult time recruiting new real estate agents.
SkyStorm's creative team listened to their challenges and created a script using persuasive testimonials to draw the viewer in and motion graphics showing the exciting financial benefits of joining The Barnett Group.
SkyStorm coordinated all the casting, location scouting and shooting for 3 locations and 6 actors as well as a host. SkyStorm handled all of the post-production and delivered a direct mail DVD and web video for use on the company's website and popular video sharing websites. The end result was an increase in new real estate agents joining the company within a 90 day period.
